We are looking for Associate, Home-Based Travel Designers, who want to set the bar high, who have decided that the time is right to set up their own, or move an existing business. We are looking for Associate Travel Designers right across the country and once an area is gone, it’s gone. We are 100% independent, meaning that we are not affiliated with any travel company. We have access to probably the best business to business relationships & commission rates in the UK, access to 400+ suppliers and a way of working that is unique. We only work with Associate, Home based Travel Designers, we are here to support you from start to finish, that’s what we do.

We have worked from home for other businesses in the industry and know that its a hard world out there. With Arrive Relax Travel you are joining a small focused business of like-minded people. We want you to focus on your customers and to grow your business. We want you to provide the 5-Star customer service and travel service that you promise, to be proud to promote the Arrive Relax Travel brand at every opportunity. We know that you can’t do that if you are bogged down with endless administration. So let us do that for you. Of course, there is always some administration to do, you are running your own business after all, however, we will provide all the administrative support you need to make your travel business a success and allow you to sell more holidays. Services that we will provide include invoice, ticket and balance checks amongst others.
Our marketing team are experts at producing the right message to allow you to connect to your customers. We will send out mail shots to your customers branded to you making sure they come back to you. It’s our job to help your business to succeed to make sure you have the right material to promote your business to everyone you know and their network within the community. We are also at the end of the phone to discuss bespoke ideas that you may want to implement, we will help you (where possible) for free.
This is your business, you are working your way, your time, your limits. You are your own boss. We will pay you up to 75% of the commission earned by the business on sales made by you. Our support staff can explain our commission structure in more depth.
We need you to show that you have the desire and drive to run your own business. You also need to show us that you have some travel agency knowledge, we require at least 3 years (in the last 5) experience in selling travel with solid business acumen.
It’s your business so you set your own hours. However, we do expect commitment to your business with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Depending on your experience, however all new travel designers attend an initial training course. This course includes systems training. There is also unlimited ongoing product training (with a minimum required each month) available.
You need to supply your own PC or laptop as well as home broadband and telephone. Your PC needs to be operating at least Windows 10.
That, of course, is the 6 million dollar question. We don’t set a limit on your earnings, that’s entirely down to your drive and potential and totally linked to the hours that you work. We pay up to 75% of the commission after discounts (even more if you are bringing a large established business with you – please speak to our staff for more information on this) on all bookings made by you.
Whilst Arrive Relax Travel associates do not have targets as such per month, we do ask all business owners to aim for a minimum level of sales per year. Our staff can discuss this with you in more detail.
We will pay you directly into your bank on the 7th of the month (or the next working day in the case of weekends and English bank holidays). To comply with our licence, and to protect you from chargebacks, the commission becomes due the day the customer has returned from their trip.
We try to bring new associates online as soon as possible. We are required to complete a personal credit check on you which you will give consent for during the application process. Once we have completed all the necessary checks, it is simply a matter of fitting you onto a training course as soon as possible. Then we can get you up and running and booking. We do try to make this as fast as possible.

To become a Travel Designer at Home, which will give complete flexibility to run your own business there is no joining fee. We do however, only recruit the best and most dedicated associates that show drive, business acumen and the will to succeed. Each month from the first month you start trading with us there is a monthly charge of £50 (Plus VAT). This monthly charge will be deducted by direct debit from your bank on the 5th of the month (or the previous working day in the case of weekends and English bank holidays). We will send you a link and invoice to pay the joining fee during the application process.
